"I have been State Farm loyal for my entire life. Dane is the absolute best. Any time I need anything regarding insurance I know that they are only a phone call away. Recently had to get my most up to date registration for a vehicle because we were buying a new one. Of course, couldn't find the card. It got sent to me within 2 minutes of making the phone call via email and I was good to go! Can't recommend State Farm or Dane enough! "I've got to say my experience wasn't good. I'm an existing homeowners customer who is moving to a new place and wanted to get insurance set up. I called on a Friday and was told i would be given a quote by the end of the day. Come the followig Wednesday I still hadn't heard back. Spent 2 days calling and getting told to call back later before someone finally told me that they have a new rule that they can't write a new policy if you've submitted a claim in the last 5 years. The claim that was submitted wasn't with them and was never paid out so I don't understand why there is more risk to write a new policy on a newer house than there is to insure my 50 year old house. So be it. The disgrace of it is that they wouldn't get back to me without me calling them repeatedly to see what was going on and the guy I originally talked to wouldn't even take my calls. They know who's calling when you call them. He left it up to someone else in the office to give me the bad news. The communication with these guys was terrible."
